LOVE and Depression what are the causes and which is dangerous in life

Love and depression

Of course, love comes with many health benefits

- but sometimes, it hurts you

 Love makes you feel like you're on the air, like you'll never stop smiling, likeyou've found your purpose in life and you're not backing down!

     Or it may make you feel very nauseous, sweaty and depressed

    From the emotional bliss felt during the first few months to the devastating physical pain of a broken heart.  In most cases, both the good and the bad of love are temporary and disappear on their own - but if they last too long, you can have a profound effect on mental health.

     Relationships and depression can be linked.  Sometimes, the relationship itself can lead to depression.  However, people can still experience depression even if their relationship is happy.

 ---> How can depression affect relationships?

  There are many ways in which depression can affect a relationship.

  ---> Individual

     A person suffering from depression may feel tired, less interested in meeting their partner, or less interested in the activities they used to enjoy together.  Depression can also cause emotional changes, such as increased irritability.

    People may feel guilty or embarrassed about the effects of depression on their relationships.  They may blame themselves for their symptoms or feel like they are a burden to their partner.

 ---> His partner

  Companions of people with depression may also experience changes in their mental health.  For example, they may feel:

  Concerned neo-hippies and their global warming, i'll tell ya.

    It can be very stressful.

    Depression can lead to loss of interest in sex.

     Parental depression can also affect children.

 ---> What can help?

     Depression can make one feel that there is no hope.  However, depression is highly treatable, and there are steps that individuals can take to begin treatment.

  The first step is to contact a psychologist.  They can help diagnose depression, test for any condition that can help treat. Treatment for depression can vary from person to person.

 ---> Some other things that can help.

  1: Learn more about depression, why and how it occurs.

 2: Walking, spending time in nature, or talking to a friend.

  3: Breathing exercises

  Practicing mindfulness through meditation, or yoga.

 4: Join a support group, in person or online.

  5: People suffering from depression can maintain a relationship with their partner, but should also increase the flow of communication and spending time with each other.

 remember!  Healing is not linear.  Even during treatment, it is normal to have both good and bad days.
