IGP Complaint cell 1787, 8787

                The IGP Complaint cell was launched for the helpless people of society. The Complainant to whom the Local Police did not pay heed ,didn’t register the FIR , were not ready to hear the complaint is needed to Call on 1787, 8787 to register the complaint. The Local Police DPO and SDPO are responsible to have a proper feedback or register a FIR within a week.

Police Report System, Complaint management System

                This type of application is controlled by the Operators, PSAs, SSAs  who are appointed at every Police station of Punjab in every district and Tehsils also. Now a days this type of system is being installed on The Chowki’s of any Police station.

                The purpose of this type of software and application to maintain a proper environment between Public and Police department.

                A complainant who has any problem regarding Loss report of Cnic, Document Loss(Driving License, Domicile Loss, Passport Loss) just needed to have a proper Bayan e Halfi and Go to their related Police station’s Front desk office and submit the bayan e halfi , The PSA/SSA of Front desk office will generate a report and will print with a stamp within no time but you’ve to wait for your turn. The Easy and peaceful  environment will be provided by the front desk staff. You can also feedback and print your report in any place by visiting the site: CMS(Complaint-management-System) and enter your E-tag Number, Phone Number. You will see the report as follows  :

                In Complaint No. Textbox cell you must enter the E-tag/complaint number that is provided by the front desk staff and your own mobile number to track, print out or feedback. The important thing is that You can also print out your isteghasa submitted at police station by visiting this site and entering your e-tag and mobile number.

The picture being shown above is your loss report about your Identity Card. Serial Number 1 is your Online Complain Number/E-tag Number and is your identity of loss report category. You just need to enter the e-tag number and mobile number to track and have a feedback in the image shown above and visit the link.

E-Gadget System was launched to Track lost, stolen mobile phones. This system was found useful by all mobile phone dealers and Punjab police officers. If some one’s mobile phone have been lost, stolen or snatched no need to worry about that you just need to go to near police station’s front desk office or mobile phone dealer’s shop and ask him to Track your mobile phone by E-gadget system.

                For this You are required to bring your Origional Cnic, Mobile phone box original, your contact number also. They will enter your data into the software your mobile will be tracked soon.
